RESPONSIBILITY TO DESIGN TOOL IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES

To design tool we have some responsibility, they are :
- Design intention
- The safety of the equipment
- The safety of the environment

The protection of the tools that we design
1. BPCS (Basic Process Control System)
2. Critical Layer
Critical layer like a warning to the operator that the process is doesn't working well.
Most of chemical industries have alarm to warning the operator. This is called Critical Layer.
Warning alarm has 2 type :
a. SIS (safety Instrumented System) :
The tool is include the alarm and it can solve that problem by itself immediately
b. Operator intervension
